轻烃分馏装置液化气胺法脱硫工艺存在问题及解决措施研究

摘要:
对轻烃分馏装置的液化气胺法脱硫装置无法长周期稳定运行问题进行了分析,发现主要原因是胺液发泡和液化气铜片腐蚀不达标。本文针对这两个主要原因进行了详细分析,通过分析得出:引起胺液发泡的主要原因是脱硫系统脏、液化气含甲醇、胺液降解导致热稳定盐积聚、操作波动;导致脱硫后液化气铜片腐蚀不达标原因是胺液夹带进入液化气、液化气产品中存在一定量的有机硫和单质硫未脱除。同时,针对存在的问题提出了相应的解决措施。 

Problems and solutions of LPG desulfurization process by amine in the light hydrocarbon fractionation unit

Abstract:
Reasons causing the instability for long-term operation of liquefied gas amine desulfurization in the light hydrocarbon fractionation unit were investigated. It was determined that the amine foaming and LPG copper corrosion below the standard cause the instability. The effects of the two critical factors were studied in details in this paper. The analysis showed that the amine foaming resulted from the dirtiness of desulfurization system, LPG containing methanol, the accumulation of the salt with high heat-stability and operation fluctuation. The copper corrosion of LPG below the standard resulted from amine entering LPG and a certain amount of organic sulfur and elemental sulfur not being removed from LPG. According to the analysis of the causes, the corresponding solutions were proposed.
