大型硫磺回收装置热氮吹硫新技术应用分析

摘要:
为了保证硫磺回收装置停工过程排放烟气中SO2达标,对现有烟气减排技术进行了调研,对比分析了各项技术的优缺点,最终选择热氮吹硫新技术开展先导性试验。通过对硫磺回收及尾气处理装置进行简单的工艺技术改造,创新应用热氮吹硫新技术,吹硫、钝化交叉进行。三级硫冷凝器无液硫流出后,直接将克劳斯尾气切入尾气焚烧炉,钝化过程不消耗碱液,不产生废水,排放烟气中SO2质量浓度(0 ℃,101.325 kPa下)低于600 mg/m3,满足环保控制指标要求。

Application analysis of new technology about purging large sulfur recovery unit with hot nitrogen

Abstract:
In order to ensure the SO2 concentration in the exhaust gas of sulfur recovery unit reaching the standard during the shutdown process, the existing technologies of flue gas emission reduction were investigated. After comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the technologies, the new technology of hot nitrogen purging sulfur was chosen to carry out pilot test finally. By simple technological transformation of sulfur and tail gas treatment equipment, the new technology of hot nitrogen purging sulfur was applied, which the sulfur purging and passivation was crossed. Since there had no liquid sulfur flowing from the third grade sulfur condenser, the tail gas of Claus was directly cut into the tail gas incinerator. The passivation process didn’t consume alkaline liquid or produce waste water, and the SO2 mass concentration in flue gas was less than 600 mg/m3(0 ℃, 101.325 kPa), which could meet the requirements of environmental control index.
