可控交联暂堵压井胶塞研究及应用

摘要:
针对带压修井作业存在的安全风险和常规压井液存在的地层污染风险,采用复合改性植物胶为稠化剂,延缓释放中心离子的有机络合物为交联剂,并通过抑制剂影响交联剂中心离子的释放,间接控制交联时间,开发出了一种可控交联暂堵压井胶塞。该暂堵压井胶塞常温下的黏度较低(1 h黏度控制在36 mPa·s内),易于泵注,在井筒条件下快速成胶,形成具有极高强度和黏弹性的固体,120 ℃下的初始黏度可达30 000 mPa·s以上,老化48 h后能保持半固态-冻胶态,黏弹性好,对井筒具有良好的封堵作用,且与解堵液接触后可在1~4 h内破胶,避免了对地层的伤害。该技术在川中高温含硫井的带压换阀门作业中进行了现场应用,泵注胶塞体系后4 h,油压由59 MPa降至29 MPa,使得后续不丢手带压更换主控阀获得成功,解堵后液体顺利返排,黏度≤5 mPa·s,油压快速恢复。

Research and application of controllable crosslinking temporary plugging rubber plug for killing well

Abstract:
There are security risks with pressurized workover treatment and formation pollution risk with conventional killing well fluid. This paper developed a controllable crosslinking temporary plugging rubber plug for killing well which take composite modified vegetable gum as the thickening agent, organic complex compound slowly releasing center ions as crosslinking agent, influence the release of center ionic of crosslinking agent through inhibitor, and indirectly control the crosslinking time through effecting ion release. The temporary plugging rubber plug has low viscosity at room temperature (≤36 mPa·s,1 h), can pump injection easily, create the gel rapidly in the wellbore condition, then form a solid with very high intensity and viscoelasticity. The initial viscosity of it can reach more than 30 000 mPa·s at 120 ℃, keep the state of semi-solid to ge after 48 h aging. It has good viscoelasticity, good sealing effect to the wellbore, and can be broken down within 1-4 h after contact with the blocking fluid, so it can avoid the formation damage. This technology has been applied in the high temperature sulfur well with pressure switch valve operation, the oil pressure is from 59 MPa down to 29 MPa after 4 h pump injection temporary plugging rubber plug, the subsequent replacement of main control valve with pressure is success, and the fluid flow-back is smoothly after broken down(viscosity≤5 mPa ·s), so the oil pressure recovery is quickly.
