甲醇精馏过程四塔流程模拟分析

Simulation Analysis of Four Towers Flowsheet in Methanol Distillation Process

摘要: 利用PRO／Ⅱ化工流程模拟计算软件，预精馏塔和回收塔、加压塔和常压塔分别采用ALCO热力学计算模型和NRTL热力学计算模型并进行了热力学参数修正，以醇类、水作为关键组分，对甲醇精馏四塔流程进行模拟计算。通过计算各塔进料位置、回流比和理论板数等操作参数，对进料温度、操作压力进行了模拟优化。结果表明，四塔流程精馏出的甲醇质量符合美国AA级和GB338—2004优等品要求，在能耗、操作稳定性、灵活性方面具有优势。
