Abstract: Taking gas purification plant by alcohol amine method as the study object, this paper discusses the related problems in HAZOP analysis, such as the device node divided, deviation determining method and utilities analysis method, etc. Furthermore, some improving suggestions are proposed correspondingly. The paper points out that HAZOP analysis for existing devices should be developed into a part of assets integrated evaluation of gas purification plant.
