Abstract: To solve the problems occurred in the 2nd molecular sieve unit in catalyst plant of Lanzhou Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, by describing and analyzing the pre-drying process and dust removal process, a suitable modification scheme has been selected based on practical production, which decreases the production cost, reduces energy consumption, and the exhaust emission reaches the standard, and the overall level of the device is up to the advanced level among the domestic same devices.
