Abstract:
Design idea and operation points of maximizing iso-paraffins process (MIP) are introduced. At first, the outlet temperature of the first reactor should be controlled between 500℃ - 520℃; the catalyst loading in the second reactor should be about 4 t-5 t, if quench oil is needed to control the temperature of the second reactor, it is suitable within 10 t/h. It's better to choose special catalyst of MIP process. In additional, according to reports in the literature, the advantages of MIP-CGP process are summarized: control the content of olefines in gasoline within 30%; and control the benzene content in gasoline within 1.0%;compared with the traditional FCC process, it can reduce sulfur content of 42.69% in gasoline. All of these show that MIP-CGP is better than the traditional FCC, and the gasoline produced from MIP-CGP process can reach the National Ⅲ standard of gasoline in China.
