粉末X射线衍射法鉴定德士古重油气化炉炉渣中晶体物相

Phase Identification of Crystalline Compounds in Clinker of Texaco's Furnace for Heavy Oil Gasification Process by PXRD

  • 摘要: 采用粉末X射线衍射分析法(PXRD)鉴定了德士古重油气化炉炉渣中晶体物相。其晶体主要物相鉴定结果为莫来石(Al6Si2O13)、绿镍矿(NiO)和铁镍矿(FeNi3);次要物相为磁赤铁矿(Fe2O3)。能量色散X射线分析器(EDS)和X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)均检出炉渣含铝、硅、氧、镍、铁等。本试验对德士古重油气化炉结渣故障技术分析和技改具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The phase of crystalline compounds in clinker of Texaco's furnace for heavy oil gasification process was identified by powder X-ray diffraction analysis method(PXRD). The major phases are mullite (Al6Si2O13), bunsenite or nickel oxide (NiO) and awaruite (FeNi3); the minor phase is maghemite (Fe2O3). Aluminium, silicon, oxygen, nickel and iron elements were detected by EDS and XRF in the clinker.This experiment has a guidance significance for the slagging technical analysis and technical improvements of Texaco's furnace for heavy oil gasification process.
