Abstract: As the first LNG plant in China National Ocean Oil Company (CNOOC), Zhuhai LNG plant has adopted advanced technology and equipments with high home-manufactured degree. The paper introduced the technical processes in the Zhuhai LNG plant of CNOOC, including MDEA decarbonization process, 4A molecular sieve deep dehydration process, PRICO mixture refrigerant process and LNG storage process, analyzed the plant operating status, summarized the problems exposed in practical operation and proposed the solutions. It could provide technical reference for domestic similar LNG devices.
