Abstract:
Imitation method is used in laboratory to study mud cake solidification for increasing the bonding strength of cement-formation interface under different temperatures and different cake thickness. The results show that the bonding strength of cement-formation interface increased by 230.86%~4 538.74%and 757.30%~106 537.50% respectively when the cake thickness are 0.5mm and 1.0mm at the curing temperature 45 ℃; the bonding strength of cement-formation interface increased by 656.28%~1979.69%and 331.19%~5 258.82% respectively when the cake thickness are 0.5 mm and 1.0 mm at the curing temperature 80 ℃. Finally, main cause of mud cake solidification for increasing the bonding strength of cement-formation interface is investigated by infrared spectrum test results and influencing factors is analyzed.
