Abstract:
In natural gas pipeline transmission system, the internal corrosion of pipeline occurs due to H
2S, CO
2 and saturated water. Therefore, the protection measures should be taken to the pipeline internal wall. Based on the transmission features, detection situation and internal corrosion condition of Zhuqu pipeline in Chuangdong gas field, the corrosion prevention scheme of internal coated inhibitor and the evaluation method are established, and the quantity of internal coated inhibitor, velocity, period and evaluation method are acquired through the field application of internal coated inhibitor. The thesis aims to guide the establishment of technical scheme for pipeline internal coated inhibitor corrosion prevention and to provide technical supporting for the safety development of Chuanyu gas field.
