Abstract: On August 9, 2010, large-scale fracturing implement was successfully carried out to exploratory well Binhai 6 well by Dagang Oilfield Company in the waters of the Gulf of Bohai with low damage super guar gum fracturing fluid system and the matching technology. Oil output is 103.6 m³/d, and gas output is 29 000 m³/d. The preliminary exploration achievements are not only expanded, but also valuable experience is provided for offshore oil well fracturing technology application. The successes and shortcomings of the fracturing are discussed, which are a reference to offshore oil well fracturing in future.
