酚醛树脂二聚体的分离制备、结构解析及含量测定

  • 摘要: 采用凝胶渗透色谱法从酚醛树脂交联剂中分离制备出酚醛树脂二聚体化合物,对该化合物进行了高效液相色谱分析,纯度达到95%以上;通过质谱、核磁共振氢谱和碳谱分析,确定了其结构。以该二聚体化合物为标样,在C18色谱柱、甲醇/水梯度洗脱、紫外检测波长270 nm分析条件下,对胜利油田用酚醛树脂交联剂样品中二聚体进行了测定,其含量为117.4 g/L。利用该法可以准确、可靠地对样品中酚醛树脂二聚体含量进行分析测试。

     

    Abstract: The compound of resol resin dimer was isolated and prepared from resol resin crosslinker by gel permeation chromatography. The obtained fraction was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with purity over 95%, and identified by mass spectrometry, 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C-NMR and DEPT. With the compound as standard substance, the content of dimer in samples used in Shengli oilfield was 117.4 g/L under the following chromatographic conditions: C18 column, gradient elution of methanol/water and detection wavelength 270 nm. The results indicate that the method is an accurate and reliable technique for determing resol resin dimer in the samples.
