Abstract: With the further development of energy saving, new energy-saving equipment and technology have grown more completely, problem of chemical process system about how to recover energy effectively in oil refining industry, etc. is raised. It is of great significance for saving energy and reducing consumption. Based on the study on several sets of gas fractionation units, the heat exchanger networks are optimized by the integration technology of process energy and heat pump distillation process is put forward. The results show that the process is reliable, feasible and significant.
