旋缝火孔燃气灶在不同气源组分下的性能测试研究
Performance experimental of rotating-strip-port gas cookers under different natural gas components

摘要: 旋缝火孔目前在燃气灶中广泛使用。选择了15台样本燃气灶,测试在10种气源情况下的效率、排放等性能,并对旋缝火孔和圆火孔燃气灶进行了性能比较。结果表明:旋缝火孔样本灶在热负荷和热效率方面的表现并不优于圆火孔灶具,CO排放普遍偏高且随气源变化极易出现超标,但对于降低燃具NOx排放效果显著。Abstract: Rotating-strip-port is wildly used in gas cookers at present. 15 gas cookers of this kind of port were selected to test the performance such as efficiency and emissions under 10 different gas components. Results showed that rotating-strip-port gave no much better performance than round -port cooker, CO emissions usually were higher and tended to exceed standard with changing of gas components. However, the decrease of NOx emissions has a remarkable effect.
