挤条法制备负载型LaFeO3催化剂用于CH4氧化反应的研究

LaFeO3 supported catalyst prepared by extruder for methane oxidation reaction

  • 摘要: 钙钛矿型催化剂LaFeO3用于CH4选择氧化制合成气具有良好的反应性能,但存在强度差及比表面积小的缺点。采用硝酸铝和氨水滴定制备氢氧化铝前驱体与LaFeO3活性组分机械混合,通过挤条等步骤制备了系列催化剂,并通过XRD、切换、脉冲、程序升温等反应研究了活性组分、助剂、温度等对催化剂反应性能的影响。实验测定结果表明,所制催化剂强度都高于200 N/cm,且反应性能良好。

     

    Abstract: Perovskite catalyst LaFeO3 for the selective oxidation of CH4 to syngas has high selectivity and methane conversion. However, the pure LaFeO3 has poor strength and very low specific surface areas. A series of perovskite catalysts were prepared by using aluminum hydroxide precursors, which was prepared by titrating aluminum nitrate solution with ammonia, then mixed with LaFeO3 and extruded by an extruder. The effects of active component content, additive, temperature on the catalyst performance were studied by means of XRD, switch reaction, pulse reaction and temperature programmed surface reaction. The results showed that mechanical strength of all the catalysts was above 200 N/cm, and these catalysts have good reactive performance.
