Abstract: Scaling hazards of water injection system were discussed, and a new scale inhibitor of SW-639 was developed by combined with the current situation of synthetic scale inhibitors. The product has good scale inhibition and dispersion properties, corrosion performance and good temperature resistance, and it is well used in Yanchang oilfield.
