Abstract: The network management platform is a tool for the application of the energy efficiency benchmarking system as well as one of the important parts of the research project named energy efficiency benchmarking system research. The developing language of the network platform is C#, the developing platform is.NET, and the data base server is ORACLE. The system construction is optimized and the system function design is suitable for the requirement of the energy efficiency benchmarking system.
