对二甲苯微量杂质及纯度测定方法比较及优化

  • 摘要: 内标法在微量杂质测定中通过内标物的加入消除了基于操作条件的波动而对分析结果产生的影响,提高了分析结果的准确度。通过对内标法和面积归一化法两种测定对二甲苯微量杂质方法的比较,得知内标法具有灵敏度高、干扰影响小、检测限低等优点,优化后的内标法更加适合微量杂质的测定。

     

    Abstract: Internal standard method for the determination of trace impurity by internal standard substance addition to eliminate the effects of operating conditions fluctuation on the results, improves the accuracy of the analytic result. By comparing the internal standard method and area normalization method for the determination of trace impurities in paraxylene, internal standard method has the advantages of high sensitivity, small interfering effect, and low detection limit. The optimized internal standard method is more suitable for the determination of trace impurities.
