Abstract: Based on Sinopec Tahe petrochemical 1^# hydrogen plant changing to use blending residual refinery dry gas, 2^# hydrogen plant has used natural gas and dry gas as raw material instead of natural gas only. This paper discussed the effect of adding dry gas and addition on 2^# hydrogen device, analyzed its advantages and disadvantages, and provided improved methods, so as to ensure the plant operation safely and smoothly.
