Abstract:
The denitrogenation technological conditions and adsorbability of the Al-SBA-15(50) mesoporous zeolite to remove the basic nitrogen compounds from quinoline in dodecane solution by adsorption were studied. The results show that the optimum temperature of basic nitrogen compounds adsorbed on the Al-SBA-15(50) is 140℃, the suitable mass ratio of adsorbent to oil is 1:30, and the suitable adsorption time is 20 minutes. The corresponding capacity of adsorption is 30.6 mg/g, and the denitrogenation rate is 68.02%. The adsorption dynamics follows the pseudo-second-order rate kinetics equation.
