Abstract: Researching key point of the flow and implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM) technology, and relying on the technical standard based on RCM technology and engineering experience, typical equipment failure modes of natural gas purification device were listed according to the characteristics of purification equipment. The implementation of the technology was built based on existing maintenance records of the purifying device, which provided the basis of RCM technology for popularization and application in natural gas purification device.
