Abstract:
Based on the urgent requirement of sulfur compounds emission control for sulfur recovery unit of the natural gas purification plants, a kind of SO
2 removal solvent with high selectivity, regeneration performance and high removal rate was developed, which provides a novel and effective method to reach the stricter emission standards for the natural gas purification plants. Furthermore, the related chemical reactions and mechanism of selectivity and regeneration performance were clarified respectively, and the effective method of related solvent developing was also illustrated.
