Abstract:
Based on the principle of gas-liquid two-phase volume node, a dynamic simulation model for one LNG receiving terminal's re-condenser system on SYSU-BP center's LNG simulation platform has been established. Through deep analysis, it shows that when it needs to open (stop) one pair of pumps to meet the output requirement, it's hard to keep the system running stably under the original operation and control mode. With the help of dynamic simulation, on the premise of not changing control system nor any parameter setting, by the solutions of optimization operation in the time and sequence aspects, the re-condenser system's stability can be improved.
