Abstract:
In North China, natural gas demands vary seasonally. Constraint by LNG receiving station's lowest output capacity, natural gas pipeline encounters inverse peak shaving in summer. Due to the selling price of LNG inversed, company shoulders great operating stress. With the establishment of TS-LNG's BOG pressurization transmission process, combined with re-condensation methods, it will help to solve the inverse peak-shaving in summer as well as improve the network loading capacity and flexibility. This will also benefit overall natural gas transmission and maximize profits, and promote market-oriented reform course.
