高界面活性微乳液型助排剂AO-4的制备及效果评价

Preparation and effect assessment of new microemulsion cleanup agent AO-4 with high interface activity

  • 摘要: 以非离子型表面活性剂AEO-9为主要原料, 通过增溶法配制得到微乳液, 利用微乳液界面性能为主要指标筛选出配方, 制得AO-4, 并进行稳定性及助排率评价。结果表明, 组成为0.5%(w)均相微乳液+0.02%(w)氟表面活性剂(其中均相微乳液的组成为:w(AEO-9):w(正丁醇):w(煤油):w(水)=31%:13%:11%:45%)的体系, 可以形成稳定的微乳液型助排剂, 其表面张力为23.22 mN/m, 界面张力为0.12 mN/m(与煤油), 助排率达到83.26%, 具有较好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The homogeneous microemulsion was prepared by solubilization method with non-ionic surfactant AEO-9 as a main raw material.Interface performance of microemulsion was used as main indicators to select formula, and evaluate its stability and discharge rate.The results showed that the system is composed of 0.5% homogeneous microemulsion(AEO-9: n-butanol: kerosene: water = 31%: 13%:11%:45 %(mass fraction ratio))+0.02% fluoro surfactant, which is a stable microemulsion type cleanup agent, and its surface tension is 23.22 mN/m, interfacial tension is 0.12 mN/m(with kerosene), cleanup rate is 83.26%, and it has a good prospect.
