Abstract: Aiming at operating problems such as large consumption of boiler fuel gas, low recovery rate of condensate, large amount of steam venting, and field leaking water of steam condensate, etc., Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant General strengthened the economical operation and management of energy-saving through cleaning the boilers, timely adjusting the steam volume according to the load variation, as well as checking the insulation effect regularly.Besides, energy saving technical reconstruction, including enhancing the steam heat exchange and low quality water recycling, were carried out.The field practice showed that the energy saving measures were feasible and effect.In addition, the field data of fuel gas consumption and condensate recovery rate indicated that there were further energy-saving space for the steam condensate system, and the energy-saving potential in steam and condensate system could be achieved by further reducing the leakage, improving the condensate recovery and guaranteeing the quality of steam condensate.
