Abstract:
Based on the problems of disposal difficult for fracturing flowback fluid and lack of match fluid water in Changning-Weiyuan area, this paper analyzed the main component of shale gas fracturing fluid flowback, and determined the key influence factors for the flowback fluid recycle. The key influence factors include bacteria concentration, suspended solids concentration and high priced metal ions concentration, etc. The recycling disposal method and skid treatment device of fracturing fluid flowback were developed by sterilization, flocculation settlement suspended solids, chemical precipitation high metal ions, filtering flocs and precipitation, etc. The device was successfully used in W204 well region. The liquid after treatment was clear and transparent, and the water quality meets the industry standard. Then the liquid was successfully used for the construction of W204H4 platform well, and the construction performance was stable. Therefore, energy conservation and emission reduction has been achieved.
