Abstract: In this paper, the problems of corrosion inhibitor applied in gas field with the existence of condensate oil are discussed by the example of Amu Darya gas field, including the serious corrosion in liquid load position and gas field water emulsification. The performance and emulsifying tendency of three different corrosion inhibitors are researched through laboratory experiments under the existence of condensate oil. From the perspective of physical and chemical properties of the corrosion inhibitors, the reasons of these problems are briefly analyzed. In addition, the future direction and optimization prospect of corrosion inhibitors are put forward.
