Abstract: The refinery of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company has a refining capacity of 10 million t/a, All the dry gas and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) are purified by using alcohol amine solution to remove H₂S effectively. Aiming at the pollution, loss, foaming, thermal stability salt control of the amine liquid system in refinery, the implement technical improvement measures, management measures and other problems were put forward to make the amine liquid system run steadily. The loss of amine liquid decreased from 9.83 t to 8.28 t per month, which decreased by 15.8%.
