一种新型脱硫技术在硫磺回收装置尾气达标排放中的应用

Application of a new desulfurization technology in tail gas up-to-standard emission of sulfur recovery device

  • 摘要: 针对现有硫磺回收装置尾气中SO2达标排放存在的困难,塔河炼化公司采用中国石油西南油气田公司天然气研究院综合减排新型脱硫技术,更换有机硫水解能力更强的催化剂和H2S脱除效率更高的脱硫溶剂,再辅以局部工艺参数的调整,实现了公司尾气达标的目标,即排放尾气中SO2质量浓度<100 mg/m3。采用该技术可大大减少装置投资,简化操作。通过对该技术的工业应用,证实了其可靠性,可为今后同类型装置的尾气达标排放提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty of the up-to-standard emission for tail gas of existing sulfur recovery unit, the new desulfurization technology developed by Research Institute of Natural Gas Technology, PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company was used in sulfur recovery unit of Tahe Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. The replacing catalysts and solvent have higher organic sulfur hydrolysis ability and higher H2S removal efficiency respectively. Assisted by the adjustment of local process parameters, the goal of SO2 mass concentration in discharged tail gas less than 100 mg/m3 was achieved. The application of the technology could decrease the investments of the unit and simplify the operation. The reliability was confirmed and it could provide a reference to reach standard for the tail gas discharge of similar unit.
