水解催化剂PURASPEC^TM2312在高含硫天然气净化厂的应用

摘要: 普光天然气净化厂联合装置脱硫单元脱羰基硫水解采用了JOHNSON MATTHEY开发的PURASPEC^TM2312催化剂，其设计使用寿命为6年，在普光已使用8年，使用期间未进行过撇头和更换。通过跟踪装置运行期间不同时段的催化剂性能，结合该催化剂运行过程中的最佳工艺参数，总结了稳定催化剂运行的工艺措施，可为国内其他类似工况催化剂的长周期运行提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: The catalyst PURASPEC^TM2312, developed by JOHNSON MATTHEY, was adopted in the desulfurization unit of Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant combined unit. The design service life of the catalyst was 6 years, and it had been used for 8 years in Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant and hadn't been skimmed and replaced. By tracking the properties of catalysts during different periods of operation, according to the optimum process parameters during the operation process of the catalyst, the operation technology measures to stabilize the catalyst were summarized, which could provide experiences and references for the long period operation of domestic catalyst in other similar conditions.
