Abstract: In the field of domestic chemical industry, the equipment is driven by compressed air in many factories. The equipment status of air compressors for providing compressed air often determines the safety and stability of the whole plant, so the research to improve the reliability of air compressor system is of great significance to the production enterprises. Based on the operation experience and description of the emergency handling process for screw type air compressor system in Tangshan LNG receiving station, the underlying causes of all kinds of faults are analyzed, thus the experience and the lessons of this type selection work are obtained, which may provide a reference to the similar industry.
