Abstract: The 600×10³ t/a diesel hydrogenation unit of SINOPEC Guangzhou Company was modified by adding a desulphurization system of recycle hydrogen. RSDS-Ⅲ full range hydrogenation technology was used to catalytic gasoline desulfurization to produce National Ⅴ standard gasoline blending components. The results showed that the sulfur mass fraction in refined gasoline was less than 13.0 g/g, and the RON loss was 1.5-2.0 unit. It could meet the requirements of producing National Ⅴ standard gasoline during the maintenance period.
