四川页岩气开发用耐高矿化度滑溜水技术研究

Slick water technology of high salinity resistance for shale gas development in Sichuan

  • 摘要: 针对滑溜水耐高矿化度、耐高硬度性能差等问题,通过降阻剂分子量与结构分析,发现高分子量、线性分子链结构、分子侧链带空间位阻大功能单体有利于提高降阻性能和耐盐性能,并以此开发了一种耐高矿化度、耐高硬度降阻剂,引入助排剂、杀菌剂等,形成了耐高矿化度、耐高硬度滑溜水。在矿化度为10×104 mg/L和硬度为3000 mg/L下的降阻率达73%;在返排液矿化度40 000 mg/L、硬度1000 mg/L下进行了现场试验,施工曲线平稳,估算降阻率达75%,表现出良好的降阻性能。

     

    Abstract: In view of the poor performance of slick water at high salinity and high hardness condition, molecular weight and structure of resistance reducing agent has been analyzed. It is found that high molecular weight, linear molecular chain structure and functional monomers with large space hindrance of molecular side chain are beneficial to improve the resistance reducing ratio and salt tolerance. A kind of resistance reducing agent with high salinity resistance and high hardness resistance is developed, then the drainage agent and bactericides are added to form high salinity resistance and high hardness resistance slick water. The resistance reduction rate is up to 73% at 10×104 mg/L mineralization degree and 3000 mg/L hardness. The field test has been carried out at 40 000 mg/L mineralization degree and 1000 mg/L hardness, estimated resistance reduction rate is up to 75%, and the construction curve is stable which shows good performance of reducing resistance.
