Abstract:
By using VMGSim software, the mathematical model of the whole process of natural gas purification plant was established, which was in accordance with the field plant. The important parameters and energy consumption of desulfurization and decarbonization, dehydration, sulfur recovery, tail gas treatment, acid water stripping and other devices were calculated and analyzed. The accuracy and reliability of the software model were verified by comparing with the actual operation parameters of the plant, and the key parameters were quickly extracted by using the model to guide the energy-saving and economic operation of large-scale natural gas purification plants.
