Abstract:
In the laboratory, the light deasphalted oil(DAO) of several typical naphtha crude oil vacuum residue oil were used as materials to produce 150BS bright oil by hydrogenation process with pilot plant for high pressure hydrogenation, and the yield of 150BS bright oil was predicted. The results showed that although the sources of naphthene base crude oil and the properties were different, 150BS bright oil with viscosity index above 80 was obtained by using the same reaction pressure, volume space velocity and hydrogen-oil ratio, and all of the reaction temperatures of high pressure hydrogenation treatment were about 382 ℃. With the full hydrogenation process, the yield of the 150BS bright oil can be predicted by a mathematical expression of - 5\% + \sqrt \rm\rmkinematic\;\;\rmviscosity\;\;\rmat\;\;\rm100℃\;\; \times \;\;\rmviscosity\;\;\rmindex ~~ /100.
