Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of resource recovery and utilization of waste MDEA solution, the application of tubular membrane filtration technology and electrodialysis desalination technology were studied by regeneration and recovery of 200 m
3 waste MDEA. The results showed that in waste MDEA solution, the amount of suspended matter reduced from 194 mg/L to 3 mg/L, the removal efficiency reached 98.5%, the heat stable salts reduced from 3.2% to 0.7%, and the waste MDEA mass fraction increased from 18.7% to 19.1%. Therefore, this tubular membrane filtration and electrodialysis desalination technology provides a new technical route for resource recovery of waste MDEA solution.
