Abstract: The current treatment processes of BOG in LNG receiving station are indtroduced in this paper. The existing problems in the reliquefaction process of receiving station are analyzed. The solution of BOG external transportation by low-pressure pipeline is put forward and the feasibility in terms of process, energy consumption and market is analyzed. The process optimization of the new scheme is simple, which solves the problems that BOG is difficult to deal with in the initial stage of trial production of receiving station and the BOG processing energy consumption is still high after normal operation. Therefore, the economic benefits improved.
