分子筛脱除天然气中硫醇技术研究

Removal of mercaptan from natural gas by molecular sieve

  • 摘要: 为了满足GB 17820-2018《天然气》中总硫含量指标升级的要求,研究了不同类型分子筛对天然气中硫醇的脱除性能,重点考察了13X分子筛对硫醇的吸附及再生性能。实验结果表明:3A分子筛几乎不吸附硫醇;4A分子筛对硫醇吸附容量较小;5A分子筛、13X分子筛对硫醇吸附能力相对较强。13X分子筛对硫醇、H2S吸附能力顺序为:乙硫醇>甲硫醇>H2S;吸附甲硫醇的13X分子筛适宜的再生温度范围为200~250 ℃,吸附乙硫醇的13X分子筛适宜的再生温度范围为250~300 ℃,再生从难到易的顺序为:H2S>乙硫醇>甲硫醇。

     

    Abstract: To meet the upgrading requirements of total sulfur content index in GB 17820-2018 Natural Gas, the adsorption performance of different types of molecular sieves for mercaptan were studied, and the adsorption and regeneration performance of 13X molecular sieves for mercaptan were mainly investigated. The experimental results show that 3A molecular sieve hardly adsorbs mercaptan, 4A molecular sieve has small adsorption capacity for mercaptan, 5A molecular sieve and 13X molecular sieve have relatively stronger adsorption capacity for mercaptan. The order of adsorption capacity of 13X molecular sieve for mercaptan and hydrogen sulfide is: ethanethiol > methylmercaptan > H2S. The regeneration temperature range of 13X molecular sieve for adsorbing methanethiol should be 200-250 ℃, and that for adsorbing ethanethiol should be 250-300 ℃, and the order of regeneration from difficult to easy is: H2S > ethanethiol > methylmercaptan.
