Abstract:
As an important means to monitor the content of hydrogen sulfide in natural gas, on-line hydrogen sulfide analyzer is widely used in product gas and natrual gas gathering station of natural gas purification plant. The traditional methods for gas on-line analysis include chromatography, ultraviolet absorption and lead acetate reaction rate dual photo path. These methods have analysis cycles, don't real-time monitoring of data, and require periodic replacement of consumables. Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS), as a new on-line detection technology, was proposed since 1980s, and has applied in industrial detection, safety protection, meteorological monitoring and other fields. TDLAS has the advantages of real-time data analysis, sensitive response, low detection limit, no consumables and non-contact compared with traditional methods. Introduction of TDLAS technology, the application prospect of TDLAS technology of on-line hydrogen sulfide in natural gas analysis is analyzed.
