采用GC-FPD法在线检测天然气中总硫含量的方法探讨

    目的 通过试验研究,形成采用气相色谱-火焰光度法(GC-FPD法)在线检测总硫含量的技术。
    方法 比选仪器分析流程和优化分析参数,配置在线取样的降压装置和防爆外壳,并应用脱除颗粒物和液烃的集成化样品预处理技术,建立了GC-FPD法在线检测天然气中总硫含量的方法。探讨了方法的有效性、检出限、重复性和准确性等技术指标。
    结果 采用测定各种硫化合物含量的加和法,得到总硫含量,其中,单一硫化合物检出限为0.10 mg/m3,测量总硫含量相对标准偏差≤3%,与分析气体标准物质的比对偏差≤7%,不同方法的比对偏差≤13%。
    结论 采用GC-FPD技术,首次实现了天然气中13种硫化合物的在线检测,能同时检测出单一硫化合物含量和总硫含量,该方法具有较高的精密度和准确度,为在线监测天然气中总硫含量提供了可靠的技术手段。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective A technology for on-line detection of total sulfur content by gas chromatography flame photometry (GC-FPD) is formed through experimental research.
    Methods A GC-FPD method for on-line detection of total sulfur in natural gas is established by comparing and selecting the analytical process of the instrument and optimizing the analytical parameters, configuring the pressure reducing device and explosion-proof shell for on-line sampling, and applying the integrated sample pretreatment technology of removing particulate matter and liquid hydrocarbon. The effectiveness, detection limit, repeatability and accuracy of the method were discussed.
    Results The total sulfur content is obtained by the addition method for determining the content of various sulfur compounds. Among them, the detection limit of single sulfur compound is 0.10 mg/m3, The relative standard deviation(RSD)for measuring the total sulfur content is not greater than 3%, the comparison deviation with analytical gas standard material is not over than 7%, and the comparison deviation of different methods is not higher than 13%.
    Conclusions Using GC-FPD technology, the on-line detection of 13 sulfur compounds in natural gas is realized for the first time, and the content of single sulfur compounds and total sulfur can be detected at the same time. This method has high precision and accuracy, and provides a reliable technical means for on-line monitoring of total sulfur content in natural gas.
