Abstract:
Objective The problem of oil and gas recovery and treatment in oil tank of ship is solved in order to save energy and reduce environmental pollution.
Methods HYSYS is used to simulate the process of multi-stage condensate oil and gas recovery and carry out test verification. According to the data analysis after the test, the residual cooling recovery process is added to improve the condensate recovery system. The exergy loss and exergy efficiency of the system before and after the improvement are compared and analyzed by exergy analysis method.
Results The simulation and test can successfully complete the oil and gas recovery of multi-stage condensation, and the total energy consumption of the system with increased residual cooling recovery process can save 3 015×103 kJ/h comparing with the total energy consumption in the test, accounting for 13.71% of the total energy consumption in the test before the improvement. The total exergy loss of the whole system is reduced by 45 432 kJ/h, and the exergy efficiency is increased by 2.79%.
Conclusions The tail gas treated by the multi-stage condensation recovery system fully meets the national emission standards and the requirements for oil and gas recovery, reducing the loss of cooling capacity caused by the direct emission of tail gas and the energy consumption of the condensation recovery system.
