超亲氮化碳-硅藻土复合滤层油包水乳液快速破乳

Rapid demulsification of water in oil emulsion of supernitriphilic carbon-diatomite composite filter layer

    目的 实现高黏度油品油包水乳液的快速高效破乳。
    方法 以三聚氰胺为原料,通过热聚法制备超亲水材料氮化碳,采用制备的氮化碳混合硅藻土制备复合滤饼,通过抽滤实现高黏度油包水乳液快速破乳。
    结果 含质量分数为1.5 %氮化碳的0.5 cm氮化碳-硅藻土滤饼可实现水含量在6 %(w)以内,乳滴粒径在2.32 μm及以上,油包水乳液完全破乳,20 kPa真空度的破乳速率可达3.57 L/min,破乳效率为97.36%,油回收率为99.72%以上;增大破乳用滤饼厚度,可用于更高含水量乳液的破乳;破乳基于超亲氮化碳对水的强吸引力和硅藻土微孔破碎共同作用。
    结论 氮化碳-硅藻土滤饼可实现油包水乳液快速高效破乳,具工业实用前景。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Achieving efficient rapid demulsification of water-in-oil emulsion constructed of oil with high viscosity was realized.
    Methods The g-C3N4 was prepared from melamine by thermal polymerization method. The composite filter cake was prepared by mixing super-hydrophilic g-C3N4 with diatomite, and the high viscosity water-in-oil emulsion was quickly demulsified by pumping and filtering.
    Results The filter cake containing 1.5 wt% g-C3N4 with 0.5 cm thickness can realize completely demulsified, which the emulsion with water content less 6 wt% and droplet size larger than 2.32 μm. The demulsification rate of 20 kPa vacuum degree can reach 3.57 L/min, the demulsification efficiency is 97.36%, and the oil recovery rate is above 99.72%. Thickening the filter cake can be used for demulsification of emulsion with higher water content. Such attractive demulsification effect is caused by the simultaneous action of strong affinity of g-C3N4 to water and the crushing effect by micropores of diatomite.
    Conclusions The g-C3N4/diatomite composite filter cake can be effectively used for efficient rapid demulsification of water-in-oil emulsion with promising application prospect.
