生物聚合物硬葡聚糖及油田应用研究进展

Research progress on the biopolymer scleroglucan and its oilfield applications

  • 摘要: 针对新型生物聚合物硬葡聚糖在油田的应用开展了多方面调研,涵盖了其分子结构、溶液性质到应用各个层面。硬葡聚糖是一种非离子聚合物,在水溶液中形成稳定的刚性三螺旋结构赋予其高黏度和高稳定性,同时,溶液还具备卓越的耐温、耐酸碱、耐盐和抗剪切性能,这些特性使得硬葡聚糖在石油行业中备受关注。从石油工业角度综述了其在油田开发领域作为驱油剂、钻井液、压裂液和调剖剂的效果,表明硬葡聚糖具有广泛的应用潜力。指出了未来硬葡聚糖的性能优化和应用拓展将是研究的重点,包括开发多功能衍生物和评估其在油田现场经济效益,以推动其在石油行业更广泛地应用。

     

    Abstract: A comprehensive investigation has been conducted on the applications of the new type of biopolymer scleroglucan in oil fields, covering various aspects of molecular structure, solution properties and applications. Scleroglucan is a non-ionic polymer that forms a stable rigid triple helix structure in aqueous solutions, endowing it with high viscosity and stability. Additionally, it possesses excellent thermal resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt resistance, and shear resistance. These characteristics have garnered significant attention for scleroglucan in the petroleum industry. The paper reviews its effectiveness in oil field development as a driving agent, drilling fluid, fracturing fluid, and profile control agent from the perspective of the petroleum industry, indicating its broad potential for application. It points out that the future optimization of scleroglucan's performances and expansion of its applications will be the focus of research, including the development of multifunctional derivatives and the assessment of its economic benefits in oil field sites, to promote its wider applications in the petroleum industry.
