气相色谱法分析气氧/气甲烷喷注器燃烧产物

Analysis of combustion products of GO2/GCH4 injector by gas chromatography

    目的 开展气氧/气甲烷喷注器燃烧产物分析方法研究,评估喷注器喷注效率与发动机氧燃比优化设计。
    方法 通过对取样系统和色谱条件的优化,实现了燃烧产物的冷却后取样收集,确定了双阀系统的气相色谱法对燃烧产物进行分离和检测。
    结果 各组分分离情况良好,永久性气体和轻烃的仪器检出限(以摩尔分数计)分别为18.54×10−6~82.32×10−6和0.49×10−6~5.15×10−6,冷态测量实验表明方法回收率在98.21%~101.00%之间,准确度高。
    结论 该方法操作简单,具有可靠性强、准确度高、检出限低等特点,能很好地应用到燃气测量实验的分析检测中,可以准确地确定燃烧产物的组成和含量。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective The analysis method of combustion products of GO2/GCH4(gaseous oxygen/gaseous methane) injectors is studied, and the injection efficiency of injectors and the optimal design of oxygen-fuel ratio for engines are evaluated.
    Method By optimizing the sampling system and chromatographic conditions, the sampling and collection of the combustion products after cooling was realized, and the gas chromatography of the double-valve system was determined to separate and detect the combustion products.
    Result The components were separated well. The detection limits of permanent gases and light hydrocarbons (mole fraction) were 18.54×10−6−82.32×10−6 and 0.49×10−6−5.15×10−6, respectively. The cold misfire test showed that the recovery rate of gases was 98.21%−101.00% by the method, with high accuracy.
    Conclusion The method is simple to operate, has the characteristics of strong reliability, high accuracy and low detection limit. It can be well applied to the analysis and detection of gas measurement experiment, and can accurately determine the composition and content of combustion products.
