Abstract:
Objective The analysis method of combustion products of GO2/GCH4(gaseous oxygen/gaseous methane) injectors is studied, and the injection efficiency of injectors and the optimal design of oxygen-fuel ratio for engines are evaluated.
Method By optimizing the sampling system and chromatographic conditions, the sampling and collection of the combustion products after cooling was realized, and the gas chromatography of the double-valve system was determined to separate and detect the combustion products.
Result The components were separated well. The detection limits of permanent gases and light hydrocarbons (mole fraction) were 18.54×10−6−82.32×10−6 and 0.49×10−6−5.15×10−6, respectively. The cold misfire test showed that the recovery rate of gases was 98.21%−101.00% by the method, with high accuracy.
Conclusion The method is simple to operate, has the characteristics of strong reliability, high accuracy and low detection limit. It can be well applied to the analysis and detection of gas measurement experiment, and can accurately determine the composition and content of combustion products.
