天然气在线水分仪现场校准方法的研究与不确定度评定

Research and uncertainty evaluation of on-site calibration method for natural gas online moisture meter

    目的 建立天然气在线水分仪的现场校准方法与不确定度评定,以作为确保管输天然气水含量测定结果的准确性和溯源性的关键技术,对于天然气的质量控制和工艺优化至关重要。
    方法 采用水含量气体标准物质,在最小二乘法的基础上引入标准物质的不确定度,建立了一种新校准模型,并基于线性代数和统计学原理对校准模型的不确定度进行了评定。
    结果 利用该方法对4台不同测定原理的在线水分仪进行校准后,在线水分仪测定结果的平均相对偏差从53.6%降至3.6%,校准值的相对扩展不确定度为5%~10%。
    结论 该校准方法可以满足水含量(以体积分数计)在(30~200)×10−6间的天然气在线水分仪校准工作,可有效降低在线分析仪的测定误差。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Establishing an on-site calibration method for natural gas online moisture meters and its uncertainty evaluation as a key technique for ensuring the accuracy and traceability of determination results of water content in pipeline natural gas is crucial for quality control and process optimization of natural gas.
    Method This paper adopted water vapor standard substances, introduced the uncertainty of standard substances on the basis of the least squares method to establish a new calibration model, and evaluated the uncertainty of the calibration model based on principles of linear algebra and statistics.
    Result After calibrating four online moisture meters with different measurement principles using this method, the average relative deviation of the measurement results of the online moisture meters decreased from 53.6% to 3.6%, and the relative expanded uncertainty of the calibration values was basically within 5%, with a maximum not exceeding 10%.
    Conclusion This calibration method can meet the calibration work of natural gas online moisture meters within the water content (volume fraction) range of (30−200)×10−6, and can effectively reduce the measurement error of online analyzers.
