蜡油高压加氢裂化装置柴油变色原因分析及建议

Cause analysis and suggestion of diesel discoloration for vacuum gas oil high pressure hydrocracking unit

    目的 解决某炼油厂两套蜡油高压加氢裂化装置柴油变色给产品出厂带来不利影响的问题。
    方法 针对柴油变色问题进行原因分析,从柴油产品的常规性质和安定性、不同存储环境对产品性质的影响、添加剂对柴油产品外观颜色的影响三方面进行了分析。同时,对变色柴油中的显色物质进行富集,并进行了分子表征。
    结果 两种柴油产品的颜色对紫外光均较为敏感,尤其是加工环烷基馏分油的蜡油加氢裂化装置所生产的柴油产品,其终馏点偏高,芳烃含量略高,极易在紫外光催化的作用下产生微量的显色物质,从而影响产品的外观。针对上述原因,提出了改善柴油产品颜色的建议:①降低柴油产品的终馏点或提高加氢深度,以降低其芳烃含量;②在柴油产品的转运、储存等环节完全避光;③适度添加微量的光热稳定剂,以提高柴油产品的光热安定性。
    结论 通过采取上述措施,可解决柴油变色问题,为其他加氢裂化装置提供参考。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective The aim is to solve the problem that the diesel discoloration for two sets of vacuum gas oil high pressure hydrocracking units of a refinery brought adverse effects on the products transportation.
    Method The causes of diesel discoloration were analyzed from the following three aspects: the conventional properties and stability of diesel products, the influence of different storage environments on product properties, and the effect of additives on the appearance color of diesel. Meanwhile, the chromogenic substances in the discolored diesel were enriched, and molecular characterization was carried out.
    Result The colors of the two diesel products were sensitive to ultraviolet light, especially for the vacuum gas oil hydrocracking unit processing naphthenic distillate oil, which produced diesel with a high final boiling point (FBP) and a slightly higher aromatics content. These aromatics were extremely easy to generate trace amount of chromogenic substances under the catalysis of ultraviolet light, thus affecting the appearance of diesel appearance. In view of the above reasons, some suggestions were put forward to improve the color of diesel products. Firstly, reduce the FBP of the distillation range of diesel or increase the hydrogenation depth to reduce aromatic content. Secondly, completely avoid light in the whole process of transportation and storage of diesel products. Thirdly, moderately add trace amount of photothermal stabilizer to improve the photothermal stability of diesel.
    Conclusion By taking the above measures, the problem of diesel discoloration can be solved, which can provide a reference for other hydrocracking units.
