Technology standard system construction of information system security in petroleum and petrochemical industry

    目的 为支撑和引领云计算、大数据和人工智能等新兴信息技术在石油石化行业深度应用,探索石油石化行业今后一段时期信息系统安全技术标准体系建设实施框架,为石油石化行业信息系统安全防护与管理提供方向指引。
    方法 在深入分析石油石化行业信息系统安全技术标准体系现状基础之上,以部署实施国家数字化转型所需的技术保障为导向,从新兴基础设施、数据安全管理、人工智能安全应用和信息系统安全运行与维护等4个方面,提出今后一段时期对石油石化行业信息系统安全技术标准体系增强建设的思路。
    结果 规划设计了石油石化行业急需制定的专业软件技术规范、数据安全管理指南、人工智能安全规范和关键信息基础设施保护实施规范等21项行业安全技术标准,并给出了每项标准的主要技术要求与实施建议。
    结论 增强了石油石化行业信息系统安全技术标准体系的先进性、完备性与协调性,在安全保障石油石化行业数字化转型、智能化发展过程中充分发挥技术标准的基础性、战略性和引领性具有重要实践意义。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective This paper aims to explore the implementation framework of information system security technology standard system construction in the future period of the petroleum and petrochemical industry, to support and lead the deep application of emerging information technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence in the petroleum and petrochemical industry, and provide direction guidance for information system security protection and management in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.
    Method Based on deep analysis of the current status of the construction of the information system security technology standard system in the petroleum and petrochemical industry, and guided by the deployment and implementation of the national digital transformation strategy, this paper proposed ideas for enhancing the construction of the information system security technology standard system in the petroleum and petrochemical industry in the future from four aspects: emerging infrastructure, data security management, artificial intelligence security applications, and information system security operation and maintenance.
    Result 21 security technical standards urgently needed in the petroleum and petrochemical industry were designed, including professional software technical specifications, data security management guidelines, artificial intelligence security specifications, and implementation specifications for key information infrastructure protection. It provided the main technical requirements and implementation suggestions for each industry technical standard.
    Conclusion These measures have enhanced the progressiveness, completeness and coordination of the information system security technology standard system of the petroleum and petrochemical industry, and have important practical significance to give full play to the foundation, strategy and leadership of the technical standard in the process of ensuring the security of the digital transformation and intelligent development of the petroleum and petrochemical industry.
